How do I change my password?
| Click the "My Account" link, then the Account Detail link, and finally the "Edit Member Information / Change Password" link. The resulting form will allow you to enter a new password. |
Will files from my digital camera make nice prints?
| Files created with digital cameras can make excellent quality prints. The 3.3 mega-pixel and higher digital cameras can create photo quality prints up to 24x36 inches! Larger prints from these camera files look great up to 40x60 inches. Be sure to do as little cropping to your picture as possible (it is best to spend an extra moment composing your image when you are taking the photo.) |
Does JumboGiant crop my image?
| During the ordering process you are asked to choose "crop" or "no crop." If your image does not proportionally fit on the print size you have selected, JumboGiant can either crop your image to fill the print or not crop and print your image within the confines of the paper size you have selected. |
What type of ink and paper does JumboGiant use?
| JumboGiant prints with Epson archival UltraChrome pigment inks on genuine Epson Premium Papers. |
